Every individual has untapped potential waiting to be discovered. With guidance, you will explore your strengths and learn to leverage them effectively.
Growing up, I was shy. Painfully shy. So much so that my mom had to make my first two friends for me. In high school, I had no friends at all. I dreaded the lunchroom so much, I ate on the floor by my locker every day for three years.
All I wanted was to be accepted. But I didn’t fit in. I was a square peg trying to squeeze into a round hole.
Years later, I found my purpose—and I share that journey in my book, Renewed Commitment.
What will this book do for you?
Why did I write this book?
At first, I wrote it for my sons—just as our heavenly Father gave us His book. (the Bible.)
When I was 26, I lost my dad. He was my encourager, my mentor—the one who believed in me even when I didn’t. After he passed, I floundered. I followed the crowd, got stuck in a rut: working 50 weeks a year for two weeks off. Living paycheck to paycheck.
But then something changed—and that’s what this book is all about.
Let me leave you with this:
We can’t just sit around and do nothing.
In the end, I discovered that being a square peg was more than okay—because I am fully accepted at the center of Jesus’s heart.
At the center of the cross.
